Organic Guatemala Antigua unroasted green coffee beans with tropical fruit flavors and subtle caramel notes that pop as the cup cools. The acidity is soft with hints of berry and orange flavors that are offset by a lovely chocolate body.
This organic Guatemala raw specialty arabica coffee is farmed in the high altitude Antigua region that sits between the two volcanoes with soil rich n organic matter
Roasting Profile
Medium Roast develop a complex cup with caramel undertones and a soft acidity. The finish is bold with rich layers of chocolate, blackberry and candied orange.
Dark and Espresso roast profiles will develop layers of dark toffee sweetness with raisin and blackberry jam fruit notes.. Brews an absolute dream espresso when roasted darker.

I enjoyed these beans. I roasted them to full city+ in my motorized whirlypop roasted and was pleased with their profile. At full city+, I was getting strong chocolate and caramel notes. The vast majority of the beans were also in good condition.Would definitely recommend.

The Guatemalan coffee has a smooth front end tase but tended to be slightly bitter on the finish. I roasted these just up to the second crack, definitely not on the darkest side.

My husband is a coffee lover, and wanted to roast his own. I bough him the Mexico beans along with two others.He loves this bean- he says it is the best cup of coffee he's ever had. He is addicted to roasting his own, and this bean seems to be the best he's done.I am not a coffee drinker, but the smell of the roasted beans is delightful and delicious. He is able to roast them without any burnt taste or smell. Don't know if he's that good or the beans are, as he's burnt quite a few batches of other beans.For a home-roaster, these beans work terrifically.

Very good quality beans, in terms of both appearance and aroma. I tried roasting two pops, which was too burnt, one minute after first pop, or immediately after the first pop. The lightest roast IMHO brought out the best aroma and complexity, especially the unique smoky aroma of Antigua beans.
