These beans are ok. I have used better tasting ones to roast so I would say these are “middle of the road” - not terrible but also not the best.

This is not a good grade. The coffee have lots of peels when you roast it...after finish roasting...you get lots of unroasted beans..

Good tasting coffee. However, the beans are ridiculously small. I don't taste fabulous floral aromas, or other exotic flavors for this Yegerchaffe coffee

Aside from helping a community by being this product, the quality is excellent. The green bean as a strong raw cacao butter smell that turns into a delicious chocolaty aroma and flavor when medium roasted. Worth trying.
