Building the crib was pretty easy and straightforward, but it will require two people for balancing purposes. My big complaint about the crib is the crummy packaging that breaks down easily, but does not protect the crib in transport. Mine arrived with 3 large gouges and a scratch on the back portion which I would call a headboard area. Honestly if you get one that’s not damaged it’s nice otherwise I’d recommend spending more and getting a better quality brand. Of course no one is going to deal with the hassle of a return with the bulky nature of the item or the fact that by the time you notice it he damaged you’re already putting it together. As a first time mom it was very disappointing.

Although I am very happy with the crib, the advertisement is MISLEADING. While you can convert this crib, you have to buy each section separately. We are trying to convert to a toddlers bed and the railing that is needed is no were to be found. Just be aware that you are ONLY buying a crib, and not the 4 options offered. Very disappointed.

I loved the crib design. I had to take off points due to the packaging of the crib and there were minor dents on the crib that I didn't see until the crib was fully set up.
