The crib showed up well packaged with nothing damaged. The directions are a bit vague but if you have a little mechanical knowledge you can have it put together in under an hour. The color is nice and it will be nice when my child gets older I won't have to find a bed because this one will convert.

After reading other reviews, I was afraid the Dusty Heather color would come in different than pictured. Thankfully, it is the same taupe color that is in the advertised picture. One negative is that no assembly instructions come with the crib. We Googled directions and all the pieces and screws needed were included in the box. The bed looks great in the new nursery.

RUN!! Do not walk, find another product! Purchased 2 and both were damaged, impossible to ship back without paying 200$ or get a refund!

Purchased this crib for our first grandbaby. The COLOR is not what my daughter expected. Didn’t even take the crib out of the box so no review on quality. So disappointed that a $319 crib cost $285 to return 😢 - lesson learned!

Color is absolutely not what is pictured for Dusty Heather. I also put the dresser of the same color so you can see that it is not true to what is being advertised. The quality feels alright. If you ding it with a screw it will absolutely indent it right away. I know for sure little teeth will cause damage on that railing someday. It looks pretty but is not even close to what I had imagined the color would have been.
