I bought it for my elementary son for him to clean his school recorder. It works great!

The brush started falling apart the first time I used it. Too large for a soprano. It got stuck about 3 inches into the instrument. I had to use a pair of pliers to pull it out. Yhen I had to remove all the brush fibers that were left in the recorder.
