Everything in the description was in the kit (as seen in image). Included tools are of decent quality. Good assortment of pads. Only negatives - I was expecting more tenon cork, and the repair instruction booklet is just a quick PDF printout that's been folded over and stapled. Other than those minor points, kit will do the advertised job of basic clarinet repairs.
