I bought this to attach a single shell to the side of my waterfowl shotgun. I used the Gorilla Brand double sided tape and it worked great! It has withstood dozens of shots and is still firmly attached to the shotgun. This makes a great fast 4th shot when hunting waterfowl. Especially since I'm left handed, I just slide my support hand back and sweep the shell into the open chamber and hit the bolt release! This gives me one extra shot at birds, and it has been working lovely!

Shell holder is durable and fits 2 3/4 and 3" 12ga perfectly. 3m tape works better than I thought, oil and debris doesn't affect its adhesiveness (unless you're just soaking it on there, then probably).

The black color blends in with most finishes. This works good. A 12 ga. shotshell slips in and is held snugly. This GOTICAL brand was about half as expensive as the other choices and took about two weeks to be delivered.
