Customer service is top notch! Initially one of the glasses came with lettering that was too close to the rim. After reaching out with my concern, I not only got a prompt response, but they redid the order. They showed me the glasses before sending for me to review/approve and sent me a new order, free of charge. The clarity of the etching is great and the glasses came out beautiful. This will be a wonderful addition to our wedding gift. I highly recommend this company!

I ordered these customized wine glasses for my 2 year anniversary. My wife and I had a different set when we got married, but I broke my glass and they're no longer available for purchase. The glasses were perfectly customized just like I wanted. Unfortunately, I ended up breaking my glass while handwashing it due to my butterfingers. I contacted the seller to see if there was anything they could do. As an anniversary gift, they sent me not one, but two glasses, both engraved with Mr so I have a backup. I'm so thankful for their generosity and will definitely be more careful with them in the future.

Dmitry reached out to me and made a new set of glasses and they were beautiful!The glasses are great quality and the inscription looks wonderful! I ordered the 2 glass set and once it was placed i realized I had put the wrong date. I immediately sent message and they were able to fix it without any issues. Received much faster than I expected even with the change.Glasses were exactly what I wanted. Perfect for a wedding gift. Will definitely order from here in the future.
