My husband gave me this glass for our Anniversary because I am a HUGE fan of Jane Austen. The glass is beautifully shaped and the quote is perfect. The etching doesn't show up very well on the glass when empty, but if the glass is filled with juice or wine, etc., then the etched parts are very visible. I do think that the glass is a bit pricey. Also, I was disappointed that the glass is not dishwasher safe. Still, it is easy to wash by hand. The glass was a very thoughtful and lovely gift!
