This mat works great for my kids to practice their gymnastic skills. It fits well underneath their bar for doing flips. They also use it to help practice their cartwheels and summersaults. It has been used daily for the past few months and shows little wear. I’d recommend this product.

I think the product is as described, but I was mistaken to assume that thicker would mean softer. So as I searched for mats and found the many 2" mats to be a bit too firm, I opted for a smaller in size (4'x4') and more expensive 4" hoping it would be a softer landing. (My girls use it under their gymnastics bar). But I don't see any benefit that this more expensive 4" may bring over the more available (sizes and colors, etc) 2" mats. Feels the same.

We wanted 4" mats for our new cheerleader so she could practice tumbling and practice. Bought 2 so she had a large area. Very thick and sturdy. Well worth the price. Not as long as some but double as thickness for extra padding. Has gotten a lot of use the first couple months and still as good as day 1.

I like how these fold up and connect to each other. They aren't super expensive, so the quality isn't the best. I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and it's not the best mat for grappling and sliding around. The mats are kind of sticky. They do the trick for now, but I'll need to invest in something more high quality later.

This mat is just what I was looking for. It is the perfect length and width. Most importantly it is thick, firm, sturdy, very well made, comfortable and affordable. I recently sustained a bad tailbone and lower back injury and am going to physical therapy for my injuries. I purchased this mat to do my PT exercises at home and it does the job beautifully. We have tile floors and all I had were two thin yoga mats which weren't cutting it on the tile floor. I looked for a mat like this in the stores and couldn't find one, hence Amazon to the rescue. I purchased it during my first week of PT. It is just what the doctor ordered. I highly recommend this mat for any type of floor exercises.
