My Toilet Tank is a TOTO TOP Flusher this Filler Valve replacement Unit done the job .note this unit does not come adjusted for my tank However with a little Patience the water flow lever was achieved .Simple instruction on how to install very good product will purchase again when needed.

Im pretty handy but busy my Aunt paid someone a hundred bucks to fix the leaking toilet. Needless to say It needed to be fixed properly. This worked great and was easy to install in my opinion. Simply read the directions and do what it tells you to do.

This was easy to install and has worked just like the original.I'd suggest setting the length per the instructions and then setting it in the tank to see if it passes the eyeball test. It is easy to tweak.

You have to have Toto parts and Corky’s are the ones to get. It would be nice if they had explained why the height adjustment mattered (controls the water level in the tank) as you can’t really measure and if you get it wrong you won’t know till you thought you were finished. Got to be a better way. Otherwise the best parts for your Toto.

Yea, I should have read the description more closely. Genuine Toto? Uhm, no. This fits a Toto toilet fine and seems to work okay but it is not a Toto product. The word genuine should be removed from the description.

Fairly easy to install and set up. The longest part of the installation is getting all the water out of the tank before you remove the old toilet valve and then measuring the height of this new one when you put it in the tank so the water level is not too high or too low when filled (this is very important!). Other than that it's actually quite easy, it is quiet and I believe my toilet (ToTo) flushes better.

Two of my three toilets were leaking and the water company was knocking on my door. The toilets were always some thing on my husbands ‘to do’ list. Bless him.I bought two of these kits, watched the recommended videos and was able to replace in both toilets with absolute success. No more leaking. My water bill also went down. Highly recommend.
