So pleased with the life.of the charge. A full charge always lasts through a 3 hour gig with no issues. Sound quality as good as through a cable.

The Gemini Sound GMU-G100 - Professional UHF Wireless Guitar System with Rechargeable Transmitter and Receiver is a great product. I purchased it for my son, he uses it daily and it works great.

So far, so good. This is a nice product for someone to use at home, just jamming or practicing, and you don’t want to keep messing with a cord. Sounds decent for the price. Easy setup, charges fairly quickly, and holds a charge for several hours. Not a product I would use for a gig though. It has a fairly limited bandwidth range. I would use a pro system from Shure for a show. I gave it 5 stars because I just use it in a home setting and it works fine for that.

This is more of a toy than a professional wireless system that one could use on stage. It picks up interference from speakers when close and has occasional pops etc. I purchased for practicing about my house but so annoying I went back to a guitar cable. Save you money for something nice.

My first use of this wireless system was with a PRS Hollowbody II Piezo SE and it sounded great. I practice with a WiFi router about 2 feet from my audio interface, so I got these specifically to avoid the 2.4 GHz band. Surprisingly, the output level was about 8 dB louder than using a guitar cable and the sound quality was excellent.I then tried the system with my EVH Wolfgang. Results were drastically different. The output level was about 3dB lower than using a standard guitar cable. The sound quality was terrible - the high end was seriously diminished. I went back and forth between guitars, and between the wireless system and cable and got the same result every time.I suspect it comes down to the transmitter being sensitive to output impedance. I cannot accurately measure output impedance of my two guitars, but I did measure the resistance at the output jack. The PRS was about 90kOhms, while the Wolfgang was only about 10kOhms. So, these may work great for you, or they may be terrible, depending on your guitar.

It worked for a short bit just with no high frequencies whatsoever, the batteries died, and then no amount of battery charging could bring the sound quality back. The signal was extremely distorted and compressed. Look elsewhere or just use a cable. Even a 50 foot run wouldn't roll off as much high end as these. If you use active pickups that are buffered on their own and don't change tone with output volume adjustments, you might have better results. I use high output passive pickups.
