Within 2 days of installation 6 out of 8 caps started to split and Crack. Terrible product.

I was trying to find a spot to contact seller could not. I paid a lot for these over $250.00 and had to pay extra to expedite for a client. It has not even been 2 weeks and they are separating at all the seams. No pin nails just a cheap glue? If the seller could contact me that would be great now I’m out the money and have to find something else somewhere else. I’m shocked.

I did not use them as traditional post caps, but as the finishing details on the legs of my picnic table. I put casters on the four legs, made out of the 6x6 lumber left from my new deck. The caps filled the space left at the bottom of each legs because of the casters.I had to make adjustments and the thickness was perfect. They also would be perfect on fence or deck posts. We'll made with a genuine Arts and Craft look.

We bought these for a post outside. we completed our deck and placed them on top. The traditional posts are 6x6 so these did not fit. we had to put a topper on the post that was less than 6x6 for these to fit on. They looked great for about a month then began to warp and fall apart. I would not recommend.

This photo represents what these things look like after they’ve been outside for roughly 3 months. I covered them with primer twice and then painted them several times with outdoor paint. This is the end result. waste of money.

The wood cap I brought from this company is very sturdy and well crafted . I will paint it white and replace all of my old caps in the future. Good value.
