I used these caps on top of the 4x4 posts in my chicken run. They are easy to attach with the included screws and are holding up great. Not only do they protect the post end from the weather but they also prevent the top netting on my enclosure from snagging.

The post caps fit perfectly on my post. I am noticing that the screws are getting rusted. (usually after the rain) Would have been better if the screws would have been galvanized. Thanks

These post caps are inexpensive, are easy to fit and do the job. My only complaint is that one package arrived with 25% (3 of 12) of the caps damaged due to poor packaging. Fortunately I had ordered enough to cover the shortfall but still, it’s disappointing to say the least.

Fit perfectly on standard 4x4 wood post. Two screws are provided to hold caps in place. NOTE: Standard planed posts actually measure 3.5” x 3.5” which these caps fit. They would not fit a post that actually measured 4” x 4”.

Caps fit 4x4 with no problems.. These are not top grade plastic caps but they’re a 1/3 of the cost and seem like they’ll last for a while. Caps are pre-drilled with 2 holes which makes install easy ( angle the screws slightly).I would buy again based on fit and price.

These were about what I expected for the price point. Easy to install with just two screws per post cap. Being that they are plastic, they scratch easily, so I wouldn’t recommend they be installed somewhere around branches or where they’d be hit a lot. They definitely are a nice visual finishing touch to our deck though and for the price, they were worth it.
