good price and past experience tells me you can't beat Gates timing kits, they use the same exact tension and idler pulleys that are on the engine from the manufacturer. One disclaimer I can't say if you order a kit with the water pump included if it will be an OE pump or a pump of lesser quality.

Fit 1996 Dodge Neon SOHC. I removed the old hydraulic piston style tensioner and opted for this. Comes with instructions too which is nice. Couldn't beat the price.

Pretty cut and dry, you get what you see for an affordable price. Shipping time is the only drawback, but that's shopping online for anything. Still great product, both the belt and tensioner aren't cheaply made, and it's the updated tensioner that won't blow up on you like the factory one does. Save yourself from the high prices at the parts store and grab this duo up. Belt was only $30 but the tensioner was $125 so you get both of em for a killer price, and good quality parts.
