This chair works great and is comfortable, one of the parts however have already given way, being an arm rest, it no longer sits in the seat as intended and I had this chair for a month.

The wheels suck! On carpet as you can see from my photo. The chair is of high quality, some plastic some metal, all industrial quality for this 125 lbs person writing this. Seems alright. Saw all the other reviews. The armrests feel fine. I assume if you’re elbow greasing the armrests they’d fall apart sooner rather than later. I installed my other chairs wheels which gave it a smoother glide. Easier on the carpet for me. The chair feels so good. The locking/moving mechanisms all feel great. The cushion is bolstered just as the photo shows. The foot rest feels great not flimsy at all. The noise is very little. The size fits any one 5 foot 5 in or taller, short people it’s really a big chair. Hip size is spacious for them love handles.Overall 9.5/10. Happy to update within a 6 month time frame on any cons that I come across.Oh and the instructions, you only need it to specify which screws go where it’s a common sense put together. The instructions were torn. To the person who complained about that, their review should be irrelevant BTW. The chair is great as I say once again.Will be back within 6months to update if needed.

There was a box within a box. The inside box was beat to hell & destroyed. So it's possible the leg fell out before UPS or whoever put it inside another box. But the chair is no good to me with a missing leg. It looked good otherwise. Wish I could've kept it. I wanted the chair badly. Just with all the legs.
