This works, but is a tight fit for the BR600. When turning it to lock you have to use A LOT of force to the point where you feel you are going to break the handle in half.Tip: Make sure to learn how to line it up correctly, and practice a few times, otherwise if inserted incorrectly and you try to tighten you will warp the cap and it will leak.

This does not fit on the Stihl backpack blower as advertised. It will not lock down.

Bought as a replacement gas cap for a Stihl BR600 blower. Not an exact fit which causes gas tank to leak. Went to Stihl dealership for original part.
