These fit great and have really beefy adhesive strips pre-installed. Good deal compared to others out there. They are plastic.

The 3m tape fell off, I feel I might have just received one bad one because the other side looks ok.

I installed these on my 2021 4 Runner. They look great and fit perfectly. If you want to black out that chrome trim, these do a good job. They were half the cost of a different brand. Time will tell how they hold up. I think you will like them if you buy them.

These stick-on plastic covers are exactly what I was looking for! They fit my 2024 4runner perfectly, are the perfect matte black, super easy to install, and seem to be holding up well after a few weeks of being on!

These were delivered next day, and were 1/4 the price of the other options for sale on Amazon. They both had a slight outward curve when I pulled them out of the box, but seemed to be made of very sturdy, thick plastic. The tape they used seemed to be authentic 3M brand, and stuck on really well.Before I tried to put them on the car, I left them in the sun for 10 minutes, hoping the curve would relax a little bit, but it didn't seem to make a difference. I cleaned the chrome as much as possible as well, to make sure they'd have the best chance of sticking properly. I went ahead and installed them at that point, and they fit like a glove, and the curve I was worrying about didn't seem to be an issue at all.I know it's sometimes a stretch to trust when you find things that are very low priced, but I can't find any problems with this product, so it earns 5 stars from me. It's only been a few days, and I'll update if something changes, but so far, this was a great purchase!
