i installed this on my truck, fits nice , the directions were not so clear, and if they had used bolts instead of philips screws for the mouonting bracket to the truck, it would have been a cake walk, plenty of room to stick a wrench in there to tighten up screw, but not for a philps screw driver and gonig in blind this could have taken 10 minuted instead of 1.5 hrs thats my only complaint, other than that very happy

Fit perfect..My truck didn’t have the bolts already on my truck..used the screws supplied..tight to install only cause of the place to install..Direction pictures were poorly visible..little common sense and it was easy to figure out..2019 HD 3500 didn’t have to take anything apart to install

Instructions must have been written in another language and then translated to english. Luckily I have mechanical experience and special short ratchet wrenches with Phillip's bit holders otherwise the install would become a huge project as there is no easy access to install the brackets. It definately finishes off what Chevrolet didn't .

This grill looks great and really completes the appearance of the front my truck. The u-nuts they sent were too small to mount the brackets to the frame. Purchased longer u-nuts and matching bolts at local hardware store. Brackets had to be bent a little to adjust grill to center. Relatively easy installation if you are a little handy.

I installed this on my 2016 Silverado. It is well built, looks great and was half the price of others I found. Follow the instructions and you will not have any issues installing it. The mounting brackets on my truck matched up perfectly. I chose to use 3/16 bolts and nuts instead of the enclosed hardware. This was because I found it impossible to get a screwdriver in position to use as where using two 7/16 end wrenches was no problem. Nice product.

Got thru Warehouse Deals for a little less. Followed GR's instructions and it was a breeze to install. Had it in less than 10 minutes.Added the washers included on the bracket on the top mounting hole point as a shims to get the correct angle.Looks great. Overall well built product. I would reccomend

It gets only 3 stars because even after all the feedback, the mounting hardware and instructions are still for crap. If not for that, it would be a solid 5 stars, all day, every day. Like others have said, buy 1/4" by 3/4" long bolts, along with washers, lock washers and nuts to mount the brackets to the pickup. ZERO need to remove grill or anything else (and I have XL hands). Not a huge fan of the small grill to brackets mounting screws either. I used them, but they do seem a bit undersized for the task. If that turns out to be accurate, then easy enough to get socket head bolts and appropriate replacement U nuts. Installed product looks great and should work well. 15min install tops.***I think one could really up one's game and get (4) 1/4" star washers to hold your own 1/4" bracket bolts to the truck. Would make life even easier (lower bracket bolts can be used as you can bend plastic enough to feed bolts in place (you'll see what I'm talking about once you start), but they fall out the second you let them go (thus star washers to hold bracket bolts in place).

I would have given 5 stars but the clip nuts were too short for the truck mount side of the brackets. I had to grind 4 notches into the bracket flanges for the clip nuts to clear the holes. C'mon guys, check your hardware for fit!! Otherwise quality and secure mounting is very good and adjustable. The pictures on the instruction sheet were too tiny to be of use, no lit on the website. No need to remove any parts on the truck to mount the grille, but you'll need a right-angle phillips tool to tighten the screws from the back. Looks great installed, and with a few minutes of hardware update APS will have a 5-star product.

Very happy with this grill arrived in just a few days fit nicely and blends in with the black plastic on both sides of it. Easy install about 35 min was able to do it with out taking off the front grill like the instructions say just used a small screw driver and installed the brackets to the already drilled holes in the truck with the clips provided through the hole the grill covers then attached the grill to the brackets from the front. No drilling just 8 clips and 8 screws. Highly recommend. The Instructions included were useless had to figure it out my self but was not hard. By Chris Cooke

I installed it last summer, it fits perfectly and you don't have to remove the front grill which is a big job, you do it fromthe outside and use existing bolts from the truck, I don't know how GM can sell these trucks with the tranny coolercompletely exposed to rocks and debris from the road...and by the way it doesn't interfere at all with the cooler evenwhen towing a heavy trailer, no change in temperature. I recommend it .
