Like other reviews it's not precise or consistent. Tried loading capsules with .25g and 3 times the scale did not register the weight going into the capsules. I have had better results with the cheap scales on Amazon. I contacted customer service and it was mediocre. Easy return to Amazon. Save your money

Extremely accurate for the price. The build quality is fairly decent and the operation of the scale is straight forward and relatively easy.One thing I DO NOT like is the calibration function. The calibration requires a 200 gram weight...... BUT they supply you with a 500 gram weight! And I see no way to change the calibration weight within the scale..

My original review was a 3 rating, but that's since changed as the company is non responsive, and after 9 months the charger stopped working, a month later the scale stopped working.I sent 2 email over 4 days but no response, the phone is disconnected.I highly recommend buying a different brand.
