These are very accurate and I highly recommend these. And the best thing is no need to worry about batteries failing you. I’ve had digital calipers fail me at the range not that that’s detrimental but it’s inconvenient to say the least. You can’t go wrong with these.

zero changes by 0.001 randomly, and my measurements randomly jump by 0.005 - 5 thousandths - which is crap when I'm trying to get less a thousandth's measurement. I have other dial calipers that might, sometimes, show a change of half a thousandth and it's usually solved with wipe off of the arm or my hold is bad, not the calipers. These Frankfurt Arsenal calipers are crap, and caused me a lot of headache until I discovered the random jumping of the measurement.

I got this one because it does not depend on batteries to operate. Checking zero is simple and being able to adjust the zero setting is also easy. Had to Google "how to read a dial capiler" and then had to measure a few casing and bullets to get it down. Over all, a reliable product that fits my reloading needs.

Its a beautiful looking caliper ... and seems in every visible way to be a quality item. It also seems to be right on accurate (tested it on some Whiteside brass height gauges ... it was exact). Shock proof wise I have no information (and I'd rather not ever have to put it to that test). But it appears to be very well made. With what I've seen so far I'd be happy to buy it again.

Very good caliper for the value. It is accurate verified with my calibration block and its within+/- .0001. I will purchase same product.Caliper is well built, This seems to have a good long lifespan if taking cared properly.

I bought these because the battery died fairly quickly on my digital calipers from Frankford Arsenal. Don't get me wrong though, the digital ones ARE good, but to prevent them dying again i bought these and won't turn back. They are very easy to "zero" and work like a charm. this is a well-made, inexpensive product I suggest you purchase if you plan to reload.

Have to move the slider slowly or it will read a couple degrees off. Slider has some drag as well. Not as professional built as what I use at work, but great for using at the house. Serves all my needs well, and at a good price.
