This is the perfect size to make a fruit tart, or a smaller quiche. Good quality but the edges are a bit sharp, so be careful, however this feature does provide for clean cuts of the dough. Tarts pop out nicely.

Used twice and it works very well with Mery Berry’s recipes for tranche meringue etc. BUT it is long so I don’t have a serving dish this long and so it did not sit even on the table. It was a bit bent.

I thought the product was made of very thin metal compared to others I already own. The edges of the pan seemed sharp. It was inexpensive so I should have expected to get what I paid for.

I purchased this to make a fruit tart and it was just what I was looking for. The removable insert is a bit small and can get shifted accidentally if the dough isn't placed carefully, but overall this is a good pan.
