I have been using my muffin tins for years to make little mini tarts, but I've always wanted to get that little crimped edge I see in tarts at the bakery. I prefer pans I can reuse and not the disposable kind. These are a tad smaller than I'd like, but they do match the description.I've used these with good results: I butter and flour the pans, and made basic egg tarts and they came loose pretty easily. The pans feel like they'll last a good while.

If you adore egg tarts these are a must have. These egg tart pans are made very well and are a quality product. If you've ever enjoyed egg tarts you know how small they are but big on taste. These egg pans are small 2.6 x 0.9 inches and very heavy duty. I was surprised at how nice the craftmanship is. All together you get 12 individual egg tart pans and each is individually wrapped I assume to protect the pans from scratches while in transit. They're easy to use and work with. They make great egg tarts and I'm very pleased with their performance. They're definitely worth every penny spent.
