i made pasteis de nata (egg tarts) with these in my breville smart oven. 8 min at 450 super convection. They came out perfect, swirled pastry on the bottom, and they slipped right out of the forms after cooking. The great thing about aluminum is that is heats and cools very quickly. Highly recommend these.

I got these to make pastéis de nata, basically teeny Portuguese egg custard tarts in laminated dough. I was sure the tarts would stick to these and I’d end up chipping them out with a knife and swearing, BUT NO. They easily withstood the 500-degree oven and the tarts just slid out when they were done. Awesome!

I bought these to make Chinese egg tarts and they are easy to use. They are truly non-stick; the tarts pop right out after cooling. The sizes match the description exactly, and they are very sturdy and made of good quality. Only problem is they seem a bit small for egg tarts; could probably use another cm on both top and bottom diameter
