I bought this for a Jeep CJ. I bought the Omix-ADA knob for it. The post is too big, or the opening on the knob is too small; don't know which. Nobody has a different brand at local counter to compare. Don't even know if the electrical connection fits; didn't get that far.

I used this switch in place of the huge clunky lever based 1978 Chevy switch in my rv. It's nice and compact, and feels solid. I found wiring info online for a similar switch, but I verified with a multimeter before I hooked it all up. Works great.

Rugged and durable.perfect replacement for 50 year old DEUTZ FAHR DX85 - DX120 tractor AC fan control and heat fan control.The function of this switch is applicable to many other things.Very happy with this switch.Already ordered two more. Will likely order a few more to keep in the tool box.

I'm giving this 4 stars because I like the price, and I like that it works. But Amazon says this fits my 1980 CJ-7 and it does not. To be fair, Rock Auto also lists this switch for my Jeep. The threaded body is too big to fit though the dash hole and the stalk is too big for the knob. And it's got 5 contacts instead of the 4 contacts like on the stock switch. I filed open the hole in my dash and drilled an aftermarket aluminum knob open to fit since the only other option is the Omix Ada part and I've had two of them and one didn't work at all and the second died after a couple of months.

Used this to upgrade my old Jeep two speed fan switch when I put a new fan motor in now I have a three speed fan 🙂

Works well as alternative to completely rebuilding the dash in my 94 geo metro. Speeds are off, low , medium and high. Off is a specific speed. The common terminal is very useful to power the a/c compressor. I made a bracket and mounted it in glove box.

Good quality, very good price, great service.Although boxed Four Seasons, this is genuine "Indak" brand, the same as you'd get from Vintage Air or most of the aftermarket Rod suppliers.Fit was perfect as well as my knobs fitting great.

I had been searching for this switch with no luck, being told it was no longer available. Then one day while on Amazon it popped up out of the blue like a miracle, I guess cookies can be a good thing. It fits and works perfectly, although my car is not listed a car it fits. Mine is a 79 911 Porsche, and it is exactly like the original.
