MAY NOT WORK FOR YOUR IMPLEMENTATION. In photo - Original switch on bottom, this switch on top. Note the size of the triangular piece (which impacts fit/distance behind your control panel) and reversed position of pins (which may not work with your plug). (Both switches are shown with the mounting bracket facing down.)Otherwise the quality seemed OK. Kind of what you expect with inexpensive components these days.

My switch was bad, but after replacing the switch, I then tested the fan and found it to be bad as well.
