Simple replacement for a horn that had gone bad. Installation was easy and horn is now loud like it should be.

pair of horns! The seem a bit louder than the stock ones they replaced. Swapping them out, literally, took about a minute. Wiring was easy, as it was a single connector. They have a great quality feel. I’m sure they’ll last the test of time!

Purchased these horns to replace ones on 2014 Ford F-150 Platinum.Horns are OEM, came with mounting bracket, easy to replace, use original connectorHorns sound just as they should. Great product!

Horn sounds clear, kinda loud as my 2019 mustang came with a single horn but this one has 2. I reused my stock horn bracket and put the new horns on it. Stock mustang bracket has two holes to bolt both horns. Fits nicely no wiring or modifications needed. Plug it in and bolt it up.

They are loud, I love it. I put them on my 2011 escape since ford discontinued my dual horns. Just switched the new horns onto my escape mounting bracket.

They came on time. These were for my 2012 F150 and they sound just like the ones they replaced. (one of my original ones had stopped working). And yes they were genuine ford part as advertised 👍

Nice loud horn. The only issue is that the bracket it comes with does not fit a 2011 Ford Fusion SE. No problem, though. Just remove two nuts and transfer the new horn onto the old bracket from your car.In case you were wondering. The horn on the 2011 Ford Fusion is behind the front passenger wheel well. The front passenger tire has to be removed and the wheel well removed with a "QMET Plastic Fastener Remover clip removal tool" ($6 at Amazon). The last three clip holding the wheel on the bottom of the car can be left in because the plastic well can come off sufficiently for complete access to the horn. Remove one bolt and dissconnect the wire harness. The job takes about an hour and you can save at least $100 in labor costs from a car mechanic repair.UPDATE:The horn lasted a couple of months. It was loud while it lasted but it died after a couple of months. I ended up purchasing an OEM horn directly from Ford Dealer and it has lasted since I wrote the original 5 star review (about 2 years?) EVEN after Hurricane Ida when my car was immersed in 2 feet of water the horn survived and works like new (although I wish I could say the same for the electric power steering which got fried due to water getting into the power steering motor).I learned my lesson. Pay a little more and get a GENUINE FORD OEM PART.

Ordered for 1999 Ford F-150 XLT XCab - 4 Stars because it wasn't plug'n'play even though Amazon said it was a match.1. The supplied bracket is not compatible so you need to remove and replace the horns on to the old bracket.2. The old wiring harness is not a direct match so you will need the suggested 2-wire harness.3. You will also need a male bullet and a butt fork terminal connectorsMy original horns each had a tab for power. Power was delivered by three wires, all hot, no grounds. one horn was powered by one wire, the other horn was powered by two wires crimped together. Testing showed they both groups carried 12V.My final installation steps were as follows:1. Install the male bullet terminal connector to the wht/blk wire on the new 2wire harness2. install the butt fork terminal connector to the wht wire on the new 2wire harness3. Install the new horns on the old bracket (do not tighten the horn with the wire harness connection just yet)4. Insert butt fork connector between the nut for the horn and the bracket and tighten.5. Insert 2wire harness to horn6. Install bracket with new horns and wire harness7. Insert male bullet terminal into female connector from original wire harness.8. Beep, beep, beep, to your heart's content.This works because the power is grounded through the bracket to the frame. The original horn did this by grounding the horn through the central mounting bolt for the horn, but the new horn does not seem to work the same way.BTW I am not a mechanic nor an electrician so follow my steps at your own peril... but my horn works so there's that.
