This mango wood and white enamel bowl is beautiful! It's the perfect size for salads for up to 8-10 people, depending on portion size. The bottom is smooth as compared to other similar bowls that have a rim.

The pattern inside the bowl and on the ends of the spoons is just a cheap sticky film that cracks and breaks easily. Photos of product damages right out of box.

When I first saw this bowl listed here on Amazon, I liked it immediately, but the price was a bit too steep for me. However I found a used set for sale here for a price I could deal with. Thankfully it was in excellent shape and packaged well. It looked great and right out of the box and I could not really distinguish it from a new set, other than it was obvious that the packaging had been open before. However it was re-packaged quite well.I really like this set that I received which included a large bowl with blue ombré interior and matching serving utensils. The combination of wood exterior and what appears to be ceramic interior is quite beautiful and unique. The color on the inside of this bowl is a lot more white than I was expecting from the photos (about half white and half blue) but it is still very pretty. I imagine the color distribution may very from set to set some.I noticed someone mentioned in their review having a problem with the ceramic cracking or chipping away from the wood after washing it in a dish washer. Personally I have not had any issues with chipping cracking or peeling. However I have only washed this item by hand and would not recommend putting In through the dishwasher. I do not believe this is type of item is dish washer safe. Putting wooden items through a dishwasher typically will strip all the oils out of the wood leaving it looking dry, dull and more prone to cracking. I also used a little food grade butcher block conditioner on the wooden parts of the bowl and utensils to keep them from drying out. It continues to looks incredible and like new.

I bought this wood bowl because it is so cute and it had a liner on the interior that I thought would keep the food to be soaked into the wood. It came and it is very cute, I used it once, put it away and went to use it a second time and the plastic liner has cracked and pieces have come off and the whole liner has come apart from the bowl. I don't feel comfortable using it without the liner. If you are getting the bowl as decorative, perfect. But don't waste your money if you are planning on using the bowl. Very disappointed in such a cute bowl.

I love this salad bowl set. My home decor is a lot of black/white/wood so this works perfectly. The plastic liner on the inside of the bowl and handles is easy to wash. My wood serving spoons are getting a little roughed up from the scratchy side of the sponge so I’d recommend using the soft side. Not sure how long this will last but I use it weekly and so far it’s holding up ok. It wasn’t terribly expensive so the quality seems to reflect that but it’s a good size bowl and looks good and is getting plenty of use so far.
