This product is excellent in making a good tight fit around the radius fireplace. Wood would not work and would snap when bending the radius. I would recommend this to anyone faced with the above problem.

Absolutely amazing product. Went to the big box stores looking for something like this and they thought I had pretty much lost my marbles. I knew it had to be something like this available. This product was super easy to cut and install. I needed to go around the bottom of a stair case since the installer ran the laminate too close to the wall and made the floor bulge. I cut back some of the laminate and installed this and it is beautiful. Stained so easy as well. I highly recommend this product.

It worked perfectly for my needs. I redid my stairs and had a curved bottom that needed quarter round. Honestly I didn’t expect it to work as well as it did. Photo of the bottom two stairs is included as that is where I used it. Great product!

If you're having a hard time with bends in molding this is what you need. Make sure it's the same size as what you're using and you're all set. Easy to work with, cuts the same, and easy to paint, I actually spray painted mine. It can be rather stiff when you first get it so let it warm and lay it out as best you can. It's expensive comparatively to regular molding, but it's the best/easiest item for those tough bends. So try to only buy what you need.

This stuff was great to work with. I used it around a circular fireplace where the floor had been replaced and there were some gaps between the hardwood and brick. Without this, it would have been a very tedious, costly project to complete using some other material. The faux finish is not perfect, but it paints up well enough. I won't hesitate to use again if needed.

We used this to trim a large curved brick fireplace. For flexible moulding, this stuff is ok, but it doesn't take stain the same way straight moulding does. It looks good enough, if you don't look at it too closely, but could be better.

The manufacturer's instructions say this can be stained with a water based stain only. I had an oil based stain I'd used on the rest of the project, but I devoted the effort - considerable effort - into getting a water based stain to match. Water based stain never looks good to me and I was tired of messing with it. So, even tho I hated the color, I tried to use it anyway. Didn't work at all - came right off. Whatever . . . tried the oil base. Worked just fine. I got the result I needed - the flexible molding matches the rest of the project perfectly. I shorted them a star because of the misdirection on the stain.
