Polyvance Flex Filler flexible epoxy filler can be used to repair both OEM and aftermarket flexible plastic parts. This repair material works on almost any flexible plastic substrate. Flex Filler 2 will feather nicely in 12 to 15 minutes at room temperature and can be primed and painted in 30 to 45 minutes after application at room temperature. Gray in color. Use 1060FP Filler Prep on TPO or PP substrates. Flex Filler is typically used as a skim coat over repair areas due to its easy sanding and featheredging characteristics.

Restoring an older model golf cart for a client and used this to fill deep scratches, etc. Needed something flexible, paintable and good adhesion. Dries quick, sands well and seems very durable.

Nice filler for bumper. I had a large eyesore bumper dent on the suburban for 6 years and was tired of looking at it. I first pulled a good part of the dent with a larger suction dent puller, there was some dent left that I couldn’t pull out so I filled it. I never attempted this before , the result was a decent diy fix so I think anyone can tackle a similar dent with this excellent flex filler. I did it in one day.

Working on a Jeep plastic bumper and cutting a hole to repair a dent, this product is easy to apply with a puddy knife. Fulls in the area and easily to sand. Good product.

Repaired a rubber bumper on a 1985 Ferrari 308. This filled the defects perfectly, and easily sanded to the shape I needed.
