I use it as an alarm arm / disarm key switch for a minimum secure area. I set the light to mimic the ready to arm light and set the tamper as a 24 hour burglary zone. It works well for Mt application. The drawback is that it's not a standard size box and requires a substantial hole for mounting and some engineering to make the tamper work. All in all, I gave it 5 stars because it's suitable for my application, and the price was better then Secolarm.-15 year alarm systems tech-
