These DPDT rocker switches were just what I needed to replace the reversing switching on my metal lathe and milling machine. These fit perfectly and the back-lit toggle makes it easier to see and find when the machine is powered on. And the price for 2 switches is excellent.

I intend to use this on my E-bike to switch between battery packs. I will be switching while the power is OFF, so I don't need to worry about the arc. This is my preferred switch, I have much beefier ones that I'd rather avoid because of their size. I am going to closely monitor this switch for excess heat or any other deficiency related to my particular application. I can't say it's the fault of the switch if I find it's not appropriate, but I expect 20A ought to do it.

These 2-way DPDT switches are in the standard format for AC switches of similar type. They’re double pole, which I like because you can switch both the hot and neutral sides of the AC line simultaneously (safer). They’re also double throw, with the center “off” so you can actually control two circuits with the same switch (like a forward/revers of a motor, for example). I tested them all, and they all worked. Plus getting 5 for under $10 is a good value. 5 stars.

I don't know why these are called "boat rocker toggle" since they are made for 120/240VAC, but they work great. I used them in a custom project that required a 20A switch @120 VAC, and they serve the purpose perfectly. The transition from On to Off and vice versa gives a positive snap sound, and the rocker feels good and solid. They are two-pole switches, and it would be necessary to use both poles in order to get the illumination to work. For my purpose, I did not want the switch to be illuminated, so I used only one of the two poles. The switches use 1/4" quick connect (blade-style) terminals, so make sure you have some of those on hand for installation of the switch. They did not have hole-cutting templates included, but I used my capliers to measure the exact size of the switch body, and I was able to use those measurements to cut a perfectly-sized hole with my rotary cutting tool. They don't take up much space, so they are convenient to install in relatively tight areas. They are a win!

These are huge. the bezel measures 1-1/4 x 1 inch, and while they seem like a quality product, are larger than I expected and won't be able to use for the 12v project I had in mind. So keep this in mind.See photoAlso, it you need a lighted switch, look elsewhere.

The "Fielect 5Pcs Rocker Switch 6 Pins 2 Position Boat Rocker Switch On/Off AC 250V/16A 125V/20A Rocker Toggle Switch with Red Light KCD4" I received didn't match the listing description, but are nice switches anyway. These are DPDT with center posts wired to the mini internal neon light with bias resistor. To make this work, you will need to supply voltage to the outer pins, and wire your load to the center pins for the light to come on when "on". If you do that, you will inadvertently render the DPDT scheme useless. Applying source ac voltage to the center pins and load to the outer "on" contacts makes the light turn on all the time. There are several ways to wire the switch. I'm only describing a couple ways here. The switches have a decent mechanical click feel to them and the contact pads appear to seat well against each other.Molding is also decent- a drop-in replacement for many appliances, music gear, etc. I like the switch as it does give me options for wiring it into different configurations.

No complaints! Each of the switches I received seem to work just fine and the price is very fair. If you want some good switches with the build-in LED light, these are a great option.
