Good build materials but the automatic system lets water run out (leaking) after a year of use ! So I can’t use it any more

This is an awesome product. It has performed perfectly for the last several months since I installed it I've not had any issues with the motion sensor I can't complain about it. It was a great product for the price range. It was easy to install. Anaesthetics, it just looks so good in my kitchen and it came with everything I needed to install it

This faucet is awful. The touch function works when it wants, the water pressure fluctuates, and the water lines are labeled incorrectly. I bought it to replace a great one I had for 5 years and was very disappointed. It looks just like my old one but doesn't work like it at all. Will be buying a different brand and returning this one.

This is the third one I’ve purchased. It is very nice - only complaint is this last one is very sensitive and water turns off while using sometimes.

I like the faucet and it's easy to install. It came with installation instructions but not operating instructions. I thought it was broken and ended up getting a return. But when the second one was the same, I looked into it more online. You can only use the sensor or the handle to turn on. There is a push button to choose. If you set it to sensor, you have to keep the faucet on and use the sensor to turn on and off. The faucet doesn't automatically turn off when you move away from the sensor like in public bathroom faucets. You have to swipe in front to turn it on, then swipe again to turn it off or it'll automatically turn off after 3 minutes.

This unit has a power spray that works like the ones in commercial kitchens. I had purchased another unit and there is no comparrison. Best unit for the money. Looks sturdy and performs great. Please note they ship ups so delivery tracking is off by a afew days. I like this unit over all others listed on Amazon.Great Unit very attractive. easy install. I would buy again .
