The heater itself is Just fine no problems so Yes happy with that.Problem was that the supplied plug device ( similar to a mobile phone charger) did not have an Australian Socket pins pattern so I was not able to use it. When I supplied my address for postage it clearly stated Australia so why was i sent a plug device only suitable for use Overseas ? Had to buy a new one which cost me AUD $ 22,Not Happy and not holding my breath for an apology or a refund.

We now have 2 of these heaters in our large aviary and keeps the cage cozy and warm day and night. Of course the aviary needs to be thermally covered each night to enable the heaters to heat and maintain a satisfactory temperature. They consume negligible power using the 5V 3A power supply. Very well made and attaches securely. Came from USA in very good time and arrived before the initial estimated delivery date. Excellent value for money in my opinion.

Products seems to work well once I got an adapter to fit Aussie power points as it comes with US plug.

Bought this for our 17-year-old cockatiel. He's an old man and his old bones get chilly. At first he was terrified of it, but after about 12 hours, he's always as close to it as he can get without touching it.

It works well , decent heat level and decent size, a little pricey but my bird cuddles it every day, not crazy warm, but good temp. Overall good product

It's been on my parakeets cage for over a week now and they won't even go back up to their favorite perch because its up there. Don't know if it's throwing out a sound or what but they want nothing to do with it. Waste of my money!!

I ordered this for a plucked bird. He gets cold easily, especially when we go camping. This attaches to the side of the cage and can connect to a small power pack (not included) with a usb connection, which makes it great for camping trips where 120v power is unavailable.The panel appears to stay at a constant temperature - not too hot to touch, but enough to provide some extra warmth. The cord at the panel is covered in a metal wrap to keep small beaks from chewing on it - it won't hold up to larger beaks or tenacious chewers.So far the bird enjoys it, but I'll update when he takes it camping.This is a Vine Program review. As such, I am only going to receive and review items that I have an interest in owning AND that I think are of decent quality/value. Very disappointing this thing burns your cubes even the one that came in the package. Even burned my portable charger. They all don't work anymore no thanks to this stupid thing. I wanted to use this just in case the power cuts of for my bird but nevermind iam returning this $64 bull crap bird heater.
