This solid traditional wedge for splitting wood is well made from hardened steel, equivalent to standard A36.
The manual log splitter wedge measures 16 inches long, 6 inches wide, and 1 inch thick in size.
Easy to keep up as it has no moving components. Properly store a wedge to protect it from moisture, which might cause rust or corrosion.
Sharp Edges & Cleaner Splits
This manual log splitter has a sharp edge. As a result, it can quickly cut wood. A sharp-edged wedge and a hard whack with a hammer will tear wood apart more easily and produce cleaner splits than an axe or maul.
