I ordered 3 packs of ten to start replacing gfci outlets in apartment complex. I installed the first. Seemed to workwell at first. Tenant called in three hours. Outlet was buzzing and led light was flashing. I replaced with name brand gfci outlet from big box store and it now works perfectly. Can not take a chance with electrical outlets working improperly!! Returned all thirty outlets. No thanks!

It doesn’t work !! I bought it because my bathroom is decorated in ivory so l wanted to change the outlet from white to ivory but after the install the outlet DOESN’T work l had to put back the white outlet,

Great product. I've been preferring this brand for some time now - I like the convenience of the singles with switchplates, but when I am replacing receptacles in multi-gang installations, this three-pack is tough to beat. Clear instructions. Quality materials. So far I've had them work reliably over the years. Recently I did have one fail, which happens, but it was immediately replaced and my schedule did not slip a bit -- so I've never had a bad experience with these. I will be purchasing this same brand as I continue renovations, and I can highly recommend.

I changed all the plugs in the kitchen to these gfci's and three days later they started one by one going bad. The first one made a crackling noise and then stop working. The second one sounded like an alarm going off and then throw the breaker. After the third one stop working I replaced all 10 with another brand and through these gfci's in the garage.

Replaced a non working outlet & installed it incorrectly (as noted, CLEARLY on the outlet ((if all else fails, please, follow directions! It’ll save your life!))that I read & ignored…)reinstalled correctly & VOILA! Works like a charm!
