I decided to customize my Steam Deck, and the eXtremeRate Chameleon Purple Blue Replacement Buttons were the perfect upgrade. The Quality of these buttons are MUCH higher than the Stick ones, they feel durable and comfortable. They fit well and make my Steam Deck feel much more protected. They Perform like the stock normal buttons, the touchpad feels very nice!

The QR code provided with this product sends you to a video that does not show the full assembly of this set. I'm left to figure out for myself how to finish putting the back buttons on.

Everything about this kit was easy to use. My only sadness is that the r1 and l1 buttons didn't fit my oled and I didn't go to the extent to swap my power and volume buttons or the track pads. LOVE the look of the button kit

the sholder buttons can kinda be a pain to get off the steam deck, take ur time. looks great, im very happy with this kit.

Die Austauschbuttons fühlen sich gut an, meiner Meinung nach besser als die originalen.Der Austausch der vorderen Buttons ist ohne Probleme möglich, die Paddles auf der Rückseite passen mit der originalen Hülle nicht. Das finde ich persönlich nicht ganz so gut. Bei dem Preis, aktuell knapp 20€, müsste man noch zusätzlich eine Hülle vom gleichen Hersteller kaufen, um alle Teile dieses Sets nutzen zu können. Deshalb „nur“ vier Sterne. Wären die alle mit dem originalen SteamDeck Gehäuse kompatibel, gäbe es die volle Anzahl Sterne. So fühlt man sich irgendwie angefixt an und wird zum weiteren Kauf verleitet, nur damit alles einheitlich ist.

They look amazing in person. It took me about an hour to swap these out. The touchpads were the hardest part. When you are taking the touchpad covers off pour some 90+% isopropyl alcohol on the back to soften the adhesive. Let it sit for a minute or two and it should pop right out.

If you own a steam deck this kit is a must have if you want to make your deck look better, my advice before purchasing is please watch the tutorials first to see if your confident enough to do it as it is a long process and if you have never stripped down a deck i would research first as its a long process. it took me an hour to do and my deck looks great now. button quality is brilliant and the replacement touchpads work like the original

At one point I was in fear of never being able to put my deck back together, but in the end, the new buttons are in and its functioning as it should. I also would like to say that the touchpad covers are extremely difficult to take off and i broke my originals while swapping them out. even after heating with a blowdryer. Take caution.

The buttons look and feel good. Installation is not for the inexperienced. The system is easily broken if you make the wrong move. In order to replace all buttons, complete dissassembly is required. Except screen. This project is better when thrown in along side of a sheet replacement. Kill 2 birds with one stone so to speak.

I loved the idea of replacing my steam deck buttons and decided to pick the chameleon Blue (which is more purple). Once the arrived I checked them over and tried to install the back paddle buttons and noticed that the buttons had a crack where the screws go and that they didn't even fit correctly, (Fit is terrible) which makes this set absolutely useless. Feel like they are unfortunately made very cheaply.Can't fault Amazon as they refunded the product straight away.Please check the product before you open you're steam deck.
