Whilst the mesh material is strong and even, the item is flimsy. The hinge portion of the lid came off during cooking and so did one of the connecting chains. A little disappointing but it was cheap so I can't really be too suprised.

This works great if it fits into the top of your pitcher. Be sure to measure the top of your pitcher carefully.

I put inside camomile and oak core. I use it in bathtub 🛀 . Good size and good quality. Recommend it.

Mostly chamomile to take care of seasonal congestion, and now there's not a drop of phlegm in the whole house. It feels a little delicate in some ways, but it's hardly a construction tool so treat it gently.

I cook Pho (a vietnamese noodle soup) often, and have been looking forever for a large tea ball strainer, large enough to hold various spices large and small.I'm so happy I've found it!It has 2 clasps to keep the lid securely closed, and a chain with a hook to keep it from moving around the pot during cooking. And it is made out of stainless steel so is super easy to wash.It does exactly what I need it to do!

Picked this up to help me clean small 3D printed parts in a vortex wash basin. I can fit quite a bit in the strainer, and the parts come out cleanly rinsed without getting lost in the bottom of an 8 liter bucket of water.Works perfectly for what I wanted to do with it, as unconventional as it might be.

I find this much easier to use and clean than a cloth bag for making tea for kombucha. It’s quite big that I can make enough tea for two gallons of kombucha at once. Happy with purchase. I imagine this would be great for spices and herbs in cooking for soups such as Pho as well. I don’t expect this to last forever, the material does feel a bit flimsy but for the price I am happy. I recommend.

Although it looked really flimsy, I was happy with it because of the laree capacity and it seemed to hold up well. Until today, after 1 month of weekly use {so, 4 uses} when the clasp attaching the top and bottom pieces broke. I am now outside the return window so maybe I can jury rig it with some wire?. I hope soas I don't know if there is a better option for a large tea ball on Amazon. Everything seemed pretty cheap and flimsy.
