The arm was bent in the wrong direction, I had to use plyers to bend it correctly. It broke after a couple weeks. it got stuck on high speed until I jammed it off now it doesn't have selector notch, i now just stop when the fan sounds like the speed I want.

I'm not reviewing whether this product is of good quality or not of good quality. The problem I have with it has been mentioned in other reviews. It involves the switch lever. The truck I was going to put it in is a 1994 Toyota Pickup, standard model, 4 cylinder 22RE engine. I read the other reviews and took a good look at the picture of this product and it looks correct but the one I was sent was reversed. The picture I'm posting shows what I was sent- in the foreground- and the one I'm replacing in the background. I do not want to cut the faceplate to make this work so I'm in the process of returning it

The switch works, but just as another buyer mentioned. The control arm is upside down.... I took apart the old switch and I believe I can reverse the direction the arm is going, but I will have to take apart my dash again. Very frustrating. But but at least it works. If I can fix it I'll update my review

Although the quality of this seem to be on par with OEM it did not properly fit my 91 Toyota pickup. The angle that the lever comes out at is upside down(mirrored )of where the slot on the face cover is. It's a pain in the ass to install, you have to take the whole dash apart, so I ended up just bending it so that it would work. It does work but it's pretty janky and I'll have to replace it correctly sometime

When installing I had to glue it in due to the tabs being broken... I made sure the high/low went the right way and that it indeed worked and let it set for a day so the JB Weld would be strong. All good there. When I put the face plate on the arm is going the wrong way up/down. I had to cut the plastic considerable on my stock face plate to get it to clear...

Works great! My son was relieved he could finally turn the fan off . It was stuck on high when the switch died on our 93 4Runner
