When buying our ChargePoint level 2 charger, I wanted to protect our cord for when we would run it to the outside for charging. This little guard is sturdy, stays put, and has a great low profile. We are very happy with this purchase.

This is a perfect product to protect my charging cable. Fits perfectly, and with the ramped designed, it can't be moved once my garage door come all the way down.

We have one electric garage door and one that is manual. The electric one balked, but it worked on the manual one, which is fine for us.

This project is working great for our garage door! We use it so our Tesla charging coard doesn’t get smushed by the door! Very good quality rubber!

This does work to protect a charging cable when running it under a garage door. It's a simple and efficient design. There are a couple of things to be aware of. Be prepared to adjust your garage door "limits". My door on first use sensed this as an obstruction and immediately reopened. A couple of adjustments later and it works perfect. Your bottom door seal should also be in good condition to get a good seal. An old worn or missing one may leave a gap
