The instructions you get are a little sketchy and contradictory. For instance, it tells you to call a number when you arrive to activate the card but I didn't need to do that. The card just started working when I turned my phone on in Spain. I did have to turn on my data ROAMING, though. I did use the website just a few days prior to traveling to register the card and give my travel dates and I followed the instructions to shut down the phone when flying to another country and, upon landing there, turned on the phone and after a minute it worked just fine. Plenty of data for our three week trip. Perfect.

Used for trip to Spain. Worked well for data and calls. SMS did not work; every time I tried to text I received a reply in Spanish from the carrier instead. Intended recipient never got the text. Setup was ok.

I bought 2 of these cards for travelling to Spain. I followed the directions to the T and when I landed, installed the cards in the phones- NOTHING. Does not connect to network. I ended up spending 2x the amount at the airport to buy a SIM card and that worked. I emailed the seller but have yet to hear back. I think these SIM cards are probably a scam.

For the most part this worked great. However if I had any question it was tough to get an answer. I think this company is a South American company that has very little support in English. All the text messages that came from them are in Spanish and there is no way to change them. I had to use Google translate which is not perfect. Would not buy again

Setup was very easy, you just have to follow the instruction they provide you with, on the cover of the Sim card, it gives you the code you need to activate it, keep the information handy. It doesn't work with 5G only 4 LTE, phone calls and internet works good, reasonable speed, however text doesn't work. I contacted 4 days prior to my trip and on the arrival date I installed it and made a call as instructed for 1 minute and automatically got activated and ready to use. Don't pay attentions for the text you get indicating you don't have much data available and asking you to pay more, I ignored it and it works great. if 5G worked I would have giving 5 stars. Air Europa sells sim card for $15 euro and have lot more data and calling minutes, however I didn't want to take a chance so I purchased mine from Amazon. I was in Spain the entire time (Madrid, Malaga and Marbella) great service coverage

Once the card is connected it works very well. Fast 5G Spain. Follow the instructions. Email to activate the card 3 days before you travel. MAKE sure you save the PIN. The PIN is in the back of the CARD. See picture. You have 3 tries to get the correct PIN (back of the card upper left corner). Once you enter the correct PIN it activates and you have connection. If you turn off your phone you will need the PIN again so save the PIN. Update 9Oct24. This is the second time I purchase this card. I used it in some remote areas in Spain. I followed the instructions as described and the card worked well for the 21 days I stayed in Spain. For precaution I added some additional Gb to the card at at Movistar store. Most places do not have a movistar sim card so it is good to buy it before getting to Spain. Yes. I will buy it again.

This SIM card failed to work in Spain. There were numerous emails with the seller. Seller said he would manually make sure it was working. Worked for 1 day then stopped. Seller requested various photos of card which I sent. Finally after more than 1 week without much needed SIM card, we had to purchase a new card in Spain which worked perfectly. I would return the card but to amazon but I have misplaced it. I will no longer order a SIM card online.

El saldo que tiene me fue suficiente y me sobró bastante. Yo viajé del 24 de Diciembre al 11 de Enero, además que le estuve compartiendo red a un amigo. Me funcionó bien en Roma, Siena, Florencia, Bolonia, Milán, Verona, Venecia, Praga, Budapest, Viena, y cuando pasé en bus por Eslovaquia. El único lugar donde tenía "e" en la señal, fue en Pisa, y pues ya saben que eso es igual a no tener red. Donde no tuve red fue en Eslovenia (aunque ahí sólo pasé por autobús). También cuando pasaba fronteras se perdía la señal, por ejemplo: De Hungría a Eslovaquía, de Eslovaquia a Chequia. Lo que tenía que hacer era ponerlo en modo avión y quitarlo, como para que agarrara una nueva señal. No sé si sea así, pero a mí me funcionaba. Puse el chip en el aeropuerto de Madrid y me llegaron varios mensajes, que de bienvenida, etc. yo sólo hice lo que me venía en el sobrecito y marqué al número, y era un menú, no recuerdo que opciones venía, sólo esperé a que hayan sido 1 minuto como venía en las instrucciones. Y me funcionó desde ahí. Ya luego bajé la aplicación de movistar para ver cuánto iba consumiendo, pero pues no fue tanta. Y sí la usaba, a veces me quedaba dormido viendo series online en youtube, y cuando le compartía a mi amigo él enviaba mensajes de voz y alguna vez hizo vídeo llamada. Al final de mi viaje sólo gasté 17 GB.
