It has so many features that I had to sit and mess around with it for like 30 minutes. It's got multiple flashlight levels, a beam, a kind of moonlight flood, a red SOS feature that flashes them all along with a red flashing light. It charges by solar, (it actually works I stuck it in the window to charge it) a hand crank, and you can plug it in with either USB-A or USB-c. The radio gets great reception and the tuning is as accurate as any other radio I've used. The speakers also sound alot better than I would have thought they would. What I didn't know is that they have two 18650's in a sled that you can swap out which I think should be its #1 feature. Build quality is pretty good and it has protectors for the radio switch that you can flip up. It's a super portable, super versatile little radio that would be good for camping or a SHTF radio. 10/10! worth every penny.

I wanted so much to love this device. It is probaby the 3rd or 4th such device I've tried so I'm familiar with these but the instructions are so bad that I got frustrated and gave up. I got this in particular for the crank and that's not even mentioed in the instruction booklet. The device itself seems sturdy and seems to have a lot of features but it won't get used because I can't reliably figure out how to take advantage of the features. I recommend lookiing elsewhere

I live in an area where severe storms and tornadoes are a part of reality during both the spring and fall. Honestly, I don’t know why I haven’t gotten an emergency weather radio like this one before now. This thing has so many great features. You can get the normal FM and AM radio stations with it, but you can also get SW (short wave) and WB (weather band). WB is very important to me in stormy weather. Also, you don’t need electricity to charge it. It has a USB-C port, if that’s what you prefer, but you can also charge it using solar power or by hand crank. It’s nice to be able to use hand crank if the power goes out. It gives me a way to keep my cell phone charged. It also has a bright flashlight and an SOS alarm that’s loud enough to alert people if the worst happens during a storm and you need to let family, friends, or first responders know where you are.I feel safer having this radio. Storms are coming in tonight, so I plan on keeping it beside me.

This is a nice little emergency radio overall. The flashlight is a bit of a joke - it's only bright in the small middle area, so don't expect it to meet your emergency lighting needs. And the compass doesn't work. But the good parts are that the different radio bands work well and I like that it has an adjustable antenna. I found I couldn't figure out all of the buttons without reading the directions so make sure to do so before an emergency. I really like the different charging options. I gave it a full charge with the USB plug. Now it will stay charged with the solar panel - I like to keep it in my window. And the hand crank will be a great charging option in an emergency. My favorite part is that you can change the batteries. You will need a philips screwdriver (it's only supplied with a tiny flat head that doesn't work) but when the batteries are no longer holding a charge, I don't need to throw it away! I can just pop in some new rechargeables! Seriously happy about that part.Overall, it's nice but make sure to keep the directions handy.

This is like a "Swiss Army Knife" because it has so many useful functions. Everything works as expected, and the radio sounds great. I hope that I will never "need" this for any emergency situation, but if something bad happens, this is one of the first items I will reach for! I was totally impressed by it and how well it performed.

I recently purchased the Emergency FM/AM/SW Weather Radio for the rainy spring season, and it has exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is clear, and I love the multiple charging options—solar, hand crank, and USB-C. During a recent power outage, I was able to keep my phone charged and stay updated on the weather. The built-in flashlight is bright, which was a lifesaver during the night. Overall, it's a durable and reliable device that I feel more secure having on hand.
