We recently purchased this for our 3 and 8 year old, (mostly the older one but the youngest loves it just as much!) It’s good quality made with durable materials. It’s light weight and I was able to get it set up with the included hardware, by myself! The gloves are comfortable and don’t hurt his hands like others we’ve tried! The kids have really enjoyed having it (I’d be lying if I said I hadn’t used it a few times myself!)I did a good bit of research on what to fill it with, we’ve had bags before but since the children are so young we chose to fill it using old clothes and while this seemed a little strange at first, it’s perfect! We can adjust how hard or soft the bag is and even the oldest can adjust it himself!

First off I would say that the price for this product and the items you receive is a very good deal. The bag is actually quite large and very durable. It comes with 6oz glove that fits my son perfect. I love the fact that 2 reflex balls are included a great way to improve speed agility and eye hand coordination. Makes for fun time for kiddos also!! Mounting bracket included. I would advise this be a purchase for your child new or experienced.

The overall quality of this bag is amazing. It is very durable and will last I am sure for a long time. However, we had to spend an additional $80 on filler to be able to use it. Totally my fault for not reading the fine print, just was an unexpected surprise when we opened the box.

I just got this punching bag set in and I'm super impressed with the quality! It comes with the bag, hanging hardware, a pair of 6oz gloves, a strap with a phone attachment, practice foam balls that attach to a head strap, and mine came with an uppercut ring attachment. I have 3 boys in kickboxing, this will be a great addition to their daily practice. The bag itself is very thick and sturdy, and has no loose stitching. The phone attachment is very convenient to be able to watch instructional videos while you practice. The gloves are breathable and have nice, strong velcro. The hanging hardware comes with everything needed to attach it to the ceiling. Very happy with this punching bag!

I bought this punching bag for my 8-year-old, and it’s been an absolute hit! Super easy assembly. The bag and gloves are great quality. Gloves fit my 8 year old well. Comes with reflex ball to increase speed and hand/eye coordination & phone case holder so you can watch training videos. Overall a perfect beginner bag at an affordable price!
