It looks good but:- it has no provisions for attachment;- material is very brittle; if you decide to attach it, be very careful not to over tighten your screws, or it will break;- it is primed and requires a couple of coats of paint;Other than that - it looks just like a real vent (see the pic)

Painted to match trim and it looks great. Remember that this is for appearance only and not a functional gable vent.

Good product! came out of the box with a few discolored drops, but its nothing that one brush stroke of white paint can't fix.
