This is very well made and works well. I would have liked it to be 6 inches longer for my workbench but that is a problem with my layout, not the product.

This is just a warning to boaters that have a Vesper XB-8000 AIS unit using their antenna splitter. I installed this cable between the Vesper splitter and my AM/FM radio. I didn't get any better reception than what I was getting with the cheap wire antenna. So I scrapped this and installed a 8' Shakespeare fiberglass antenna. Now I get tons of FM channels. Seems the antenna splitter doesn't do much for FM reception.

Great for hooking up and older police scanner to a BNC antenna cable. The fittings are top quality and they give my old scanner a new lease on life.

It was just what I was looking for at the right price. I purchased the smaller one first and did not fit but my money was refunded and the three footer did the job.
