The metal frame is solid. The sled works well. However the harness is made for a 5-ft tall kid. No way any adult can use this harness. And also it moves up and chokes the kid while pulling the sled. Bad design.

This product far exceeds expectations, similar products sold locally are more expensive, inferior quality, and do not come with a harness. The athletics coach was overjoyed to receive them to begin his pre-season training.

I like that is is small so I do not need much room to store it, it is light weight and not very expensive. What I did not like is that one of the ends was a little bent but I figure it is going to take a beating in my back yard as my son and I use it.
