This cutter and nail puller has excellent build quality. It functions great in both roles. Works well and very easy to use.It fits well in my hands and built strongly enough to apply lots of pressure for cutting or nail pulling.Great value for the money.

So yes regular pliers or Chanel locks work but they typically aren’t wide enough and end up slipping and a pain to deal with but with these it makes hose clamps a breeze to get on and off. Nice handle grip that is very comfortable. The jaw isn’t quite a point like cutters so they don’t damage the clamp but pointed enough to not slip

I am rating these pliers 4 star because they are not made to cut wire as advertised. The jaws are blunt and not meant to cut wire. They will cut wire by smashing it, not cutting it. With that said, I don't want my crimpers and nail pullers to have sharp jaws. Sometimes the sharp jaws cut through the material before the job is finished and that is not the case with these pliers. Although these pliers work on PEX clamps, they are not ideal. To get a good crimp, you must exert a great deal of force compared to an actual PEX crimping tool. The pliers are well constructed and have a nice grip.

I ordered this multi-purpose plier with the primary goal of using it for pulling nails and included it in my "Go Box" of essential tools for home and auto repairs. By keeping all my necessary tools together, I can avoid the last-minute scramble to find what I need. The size of this plier is well-suited for my millwork projects, as I often deal with small finish nails that require removal during interior remodeling. I have found that this puller effectively grips the nails, making extraction manageable. The tool appears to be quite sturdy, and I am confident in its durability when used properly. That said, I would advise caution when it comes to using this nail puller on larger 12D and 16D framing nails, as those typically demand more force and leverage. In such cases, I prefer to use a longer and more robust nail puller.I also appreciate the comfortable coating on the handles, which provides a reliable grip, and it seems designed to stand the test of time.In summary, my experience using this plier as a nail puller has been quite positive. If you are considering a similar tool, I encourage you to take a closer look at this option.

Works as expected. It's sharp enough to cut a nail and had plenty of leverage to pull another one out.Pretty simple product but works well.

I got these pliers because I am always pulling out brad nails and these types of pliers tend to work very well for that purpose and this tool is no different.I like how it feels in my hand, I would like a slightly thicker handle but it works great as is. I have pulled a couple dozen and there is no unexpected damage or wear to the jaws.Would recommend to anyone needing some bull nose pliers and don't want to send a large amount of cash.

This is a nice pair of quality nippers. They have a solid, distinct point under the blade, and make clean cutting work as a result. I found the grips to be better quality than expected (I thought they would easily slide off, but they don't), and they have good leverage. I like to clean up pins and brads from furniture before I restore it, which these do nicely. They are not spring-loaded handles, so be aware of that. But they are a good quality tool.
