This is a great deskmat. Protects my desk- and the surface eliminates the need for a separate mouse pad. I am able to readily use my mouse all over it.

Nice desk mat. Material is thin, but that's fine. Mouse tracking works well and the mouse is smooth to use on it. I have put drinks with condensation on it as well and have had no issues with moisture; the mat is easy to wipe down. It came with a strap for rolling it up to transport. I will never need to do that, so the strap is a bit of a waste of material, but otherwise, good product for the price.

Too expensive for a desk pad so thin and with such a low quality. I give it 2 stars because the green colour looks good on my wooden work desk.

Loving this mat! Actually ended up buying a few of them! I was concerned it would stay curled up on the edges; however, I just put a couple of small items on each edge for a couple hours and it became nicely flat.It's portable, too! I've taken it with me to a coffee house where the ease of cleaning was great (a wet/sticky spot on the table had me worried, but it wiped off the mat with no problem!) I just roll the mat in the opposite direction that I'll be laying it out to keep the edges down when I'm on the go.The large size is great for my desk at home, and I got the smaller size to carry with my portable "office" for traveling/coffee shop use.Note: this does slip fairly easily, but not so much that I dislike using it. I got a competing product with a "cork" back - but that was actually just a velvety cloth-like back, and it only slipped slightly less. I'd stick with this one for the ease of cleaning in case of wet spots/spills.

This mat is simple vinyl. I purchased two of the silver/grey in different sizes to match the desk space for each of my computers. It has a smell when new but not bad and I'm sure it will go away after a day or two. It is rolled in the package and does not yet lie flat, but I am sure it will. It has no bends or creases. The surface is nice and smooth and clean. The grey color is nice with my pc. The silver color is nice with the Mac. It works well with the mouse and I can also write on a piece of paper without the pen punching through - but if you pressed hard I suppose it might. It is not too thick or too thin, not too soft or too hard. It is good for what it is. It looks like it will be easy to keep clean and when it gets worn I can easily replace it. I am happy with it.

I bought a new desk that my mouse did not work on and after doing some searching I found this desk pad. After using it for 2 months, I am extremely satisfied. My mouse works perfectly on it and slides around smoothly, and whenever I have spilled any liquid it is easy to clean up and does not soak through the pad. I also love the look and feel of it, plus it comes with a band so you can roll it up and easily transport it (I’m guessing that would be most helpful if you are a student who is studying multiple places or something like that). Would not hesitate to recommend this to a friend or buy it again.

Mon bureau paraît plus ordonné avec ce sous-main et je ne redoute plus d'en abîmer la surface par mégarde avec un verre ou un stylo. J'ai acheté ce produit après avoir vu les commentaires sur Wirecutter (New York Times) et je suis très contente de cet achat au final.

Wish I'd known about these nifty desk pads earlier. I got the blue/yellow one and have the blue side up. It's the perfect surface for mousing. It's protecting the desk veneer from hot and cold drinks. It makes my desk look neat and tidy. My one and only issue is that it arrives rolled up so it takes a couple days to flatten. But, on a more positive note, it only takes a couple days to flatten fully against the surface of your desk. It arrives with a little stap made of the same material which keeps it rolled up. I haven't yet found a new use for that lovely little strap but I'm hanging onto it until I do.Edit: I found the use for the strap! It's a harness for all plethora of electronics cords hanging off the back of my desk. I gathered them all up in a bunch and wrapped the strap arond the cords and a desk leg. It's tight enough to stay in place but loose enough to allow some play in the cords. Sweet little bonus!

Pros: Clean simple look, I ordered a grey front/back pad, and it is simple and clean. My mouse works great, it also is smooth for writing on top and also use it as a "coaster" for my water, tea, or any drink.Cons: It comes rolled with a strap to be used later for transport - I will have no use for that - my desk doesn't move. I ordered the 35x17 - I wish it were a bit deeper - say 22 or 27 inches - to cover my laptop and my external keyboard. Lastly - it stinks - literally - when you receive it - it smells like a combo of new paint/plastic. It aired out quickly but it stunk.With my work from home time being extended due to COVID - I bought a desk, wanted to protect it and this will do the trick.
