A1: Check the model number of your faucet or handle. Our faucet cartridges are compatible with American Standard Ariana, Swan and/Triumph single lever faucets.

Q2: Why it still leaks after replacement?

A2: Double check that you have the correct model cartridge for your faucet and the all sealing rings and washers are in place. If you have installed the correct model with the seals in place but still leaks, replace the pressure balancing unit.

Our shower faucet was getting harder and harder to turn. On top of that it was either really hot or cold. It took me about 15 minutes to change out including turning off the water supply and back on. I bought another piece that’s goes with it for a total fix.

Installs easily, but really frustrating to get it just uniformly tight enough so it doesn't leak, without over tightening it causing it to leak.
