We had a toilet leak, and I discovered that it had to do with the seal of the flush valve, located on the inside of the toilet tank. Replacing the entire unit would have been a bit of a chore, so we decided to simply replace the worn-out parts with the new parts that came with this unit. It didn't take a lot of work, and there hasn't been a problem since.
